I have no hesitation in recommending Penguin Magic - the thank you video and packing videos are hilarious and go above and beyond customer service. Once you reach the threshold for free postage, many of the items are actually cheaper than buying from the UK - amazing! ????
Serious issues within the management of this company. Harassment is allowed and not taken serious. YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
